Friendly, convenient, and honest.
We went to the home and garden show at A-Tex Family Fun Center in January specifically to purchase a spa. They were nothing but helpful and answered all questions, they didn’t hide any fees and were upfront with exact cost. They were very helpful in setting up the delivery date, payments and everything else getting our spa set up. Iwould recommend them to anyone, they are very friendly, have several locations and convenient service!

Great Experience Getting A Spa!
I went to A-Tex Family Fun Center when I was buying a new hot tub and they were great. I had a pleasant experience with the salesman, Bob, and Paul, the installation guy. Bob was great about answering all my questions and Paul showed me everything I needed to know to maintain the equipment. The prices were reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

Great Experience!
I purchased a hot tub from A-Tex Family Fun Center and had them install it and they were great. We didn’t have any problems, they performed the work they said they would, and were really great about working with us. The prices were reasonable and I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Easy, good, and smooth.
Working with A-Tex Family Fun Center was easy, good, and smooth. My job calls for me to travel all across the US and Canada to do electrical work, and I liked that I didn’t have to do the electrical myself. It was great to be able to take off for a bit, and come home to crack open a beer and enjoy it in my hot tub. I’d highly recommend them!

Great Customer Service!
My brother has dealt with A-Tex Family Fun Center before, which is why I decided to go to them. I bought a hot tub from them and it turned out great. They came out and set everything up for me, they did a wonderful job. They’ve answered every question I had. I had question about the water quality, and they did pre-testing to make sure it was okay. A wonderful experience all around!

Good.
A-Tex Family Fun Center had a very nice staff and the final product came out good. They only issue was their communication. They said they would deliver our product between the hours of 9am to 11am. Around 11am they didn’t show up and I had to call them to check. They said they were loading up and were on their way to my home. I’m not sure if it was the truth or if they did it because I reminded them. Other than that, they did a great job without any issues.

A positive experience and I would recommend
My wife and I were very pleased with the people and the service we received. They instructed us on what to do, and they were pleasant and easy to deal with. They replaced the light system and it works fine. It was a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them to others.
